Place the absorbing tip directly under the flow of urine for a minimum of 10 seconds after removing the protective cap.Alternatively, the urine can be collected in a clean and dry container, and the absorbing tip can be dipped into the urine for a duration of 10 seconds.INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS
Negative – The LH levels in the urine are below the cut-off, indicating that the peak has not yet been reached. It is recommended that the test be administered on a daily basis.
Positive – the concentration of the hormone LH is equal to or greater than 25 mUI/mL. The likelihood of conception is elevated due to the proximity of the ovulatory peak.
