Description

The InjectMan 4 is the optimal choice for microinjection into adherent cells, smaller organisms, and embryos in the early stages of development. It facilitates rapid semi-automatic injection when used in conjunction with the FemtoJet 4i or 4x. Additionally, the InjectMan 4 is the optimal micromanipulator for all intricate applications that necessitate direct control of the injection process via the joystick button and a dynamic movement mode. The adherent cells are subjected to minimal mechanical stress during injection as a result of the axial injection movement (X/Z direction). The injection into rigid structures is now more straightforward than ever due to the high penetration speed. The new user interface facilitates the individual workflow process by providing four pre-defined application masks (e.g., for adherent cell injection, serial microinjection into fish larvae, etc.). The “My app” mask is customizable to meet the specific requirements of each user. The InjectMan 4 is also well-suited for applications such as patch clamps, as it boasts exceptional precision and position stability. In order to prevent the micropipette from being accidentally moved, the motor modules can be electronically disconnected. The InjectMan 4 is intended for research purposes only.
