Mountings and General Structure

The drive assembly is mounted at the bottom of the mounting frame, which is constructed from mild steel and SS304, with M.S. components that are clad or covered with SS304. The SS304 sheet is used to cover this frame. The mixing bowl is situated at the apex of this frame. All sides of the mounting platform are covered with SS304 covers. 10 Lit does not necessitate staircases or railings.input:

A bowl or mixing container that is constructed with contact parts of SS316 quality material. It is composed of a flat base, a lower vertical cylindrical wall section, and an upper conical section. A conical bowl is the logical shape for materials that are challenging to work with. Light dusty powders do not float unmixed on the surface of the circulating vortex. Wet granulations do not adhere to the walls; rather, they are easily removed from the bowl without any product loss. A lid with vents, charging ports, and a view is included with the specially designed bowl. Mounted directly on the output shaft of the worm reduction gear box is the main impeller’s drive shaft.
