Fully Automated Elisa Workstation

The SOLO is the fundamental component of a simple, cost-effective, and powerful ELISA preparation workstation, as illustrated above. Hudson's Micro10x reagent dispenser and RapidWash plate washer are included in this compact workstation, in addition to the SOLO.input:
output:The workstation depicted below is capable of conducting ELISA assays and serial dilutions to investigate concentration-dependent effects. The version illustrated in the image is equipped with a 12-channel, 200uL pipette head that is capable of transporting liquid between the five nest positions on the SOLO deck, as well as pipetting into the nests on the Micro10x and the RapidWash. input:
output:The SOLO deck is equipped with a deep-well reagent reservoir, a rack of disposable tips, and a rack of Matrix tubes that contain samples in this configuration. The dispenser subsequently fills the remaining 11 rows with diluent as the first steps of a serial dilution of the 12 samples, after the SOLO moves aliquots of samples into the first row of the 96 well plate on the Micro10x nest. The pipette head subsequently performs a serial dilution by systematically aspirating, mixing, and dispensing down the rows.input:
output:The SOLO subsequently adds reagents and aliquots of the serial dilution to the ELISA assay plate on the deck of the RapidWash, which subsequently performs a series of wash steps. The SOLO has the capability to pipette additional reagents/antibodies into the plate between plate washing steps, allowing for the multiple addition, incubation, and wash cycles that may be necessary for the ELISA being conducted.
