Formalin Dispensing Workstation

The formalin mixing and dispensing system is fully automated and designed to facilitate the contact-free mixing of ready-for-use formalin solutions, such as a 3.7% formalin solution, from a 37% stock solution. The device’s integrated microprocessor enables the effortless control and security of all operations, including the preparation of a 3.7% standard solution, from a single surface on the control panel with a touch display. The touch display permanently indicates the formalin concentration and the remaining liquid quantity. Enter the quantity and concentration of formalin that you desire. The microprocessor allows you to save and retrieve your settings for future use. Furthermore, the food pedal can be used to precisely set and dispense the required formalin quantity to the milliliter for automatic sample vessel filling, without any dripping or leaking. Equipped with a drawer that accommodates 10/20 liter tanks of stock solution. Additionally, the drawer functions as a safety tank.

The activated carbon filter cartridge is responsible for the vacuuming and filtration of all harmful vapors. The device may be connected to a site-mounted ventilation system as an alternative. Mechanical (safety tank) and electronic (acoustic signals) safety precautions prevent liquids from overflowing within the tank.
