Description

The FluoroCoreâ„¢ M2 is a specialized ELISPOT reader that is also highly proficient in high-throughput PBMC counting and is compatible with a variety of assays that are commonly used in immune monitoring laboratories. The accuracy of live cell counting is the most significant variable in ELISPOT assay results, as it is the rate-limiting step for testing multiple PBMC samples in ELISPOT assays. The FluoroCoreâ„¢ is equipped with optics and an additional fluorescent channel, which, in conjunction with CTL’s dedicated LDA Cell Counting Suite, can count dozens of PBMC samples within minutes. For example, the HDR imaging feature enables the precise quantification of per-cell secreted analytes, and FCS standard data output is supported by the FluoroXâ„¢ Suite. This instrument enables the high-throughput reading of viral neutralization and infectivity assays in 96- or 384-well formats, facilitated by the BioSpotâ„¢ Software.
