The ESSICCA Developer (FBD/Fluid Bed Dry) fluid bed dryer operates by circulating hot air that has been treated. By incorporating a binder solution during the wet granulation process in a MIC rotary granulator, it maintains the granules in suspension and extracts the generated moisture.
The ESSICCA dryer eliminates issues that are inherent to the interaction of a particulate solid with a gas, such as: using controllers and executors that are controlled by specific drying programs.
Within the granulate knead, the formation of air passage channels.Granulate mass knead drying is not uniform.Granulate overheating in specific areas of the bed. Granules breaking down as a result of attrition.In addition to its use with the wet granulate drying function, it can be used as a top spray powder granulator (Top Spray System) and a particle coater (Bottom Spray System; optional).
