Flow Tester

This system is a collection of ultra-high-throughput automatic nucleic acid testing systems that can truly achieve “sample in – result out.” The system includes an ultra-high-throughput sample preparation system, the CDS-600, as well as multiple nucleic acid extractors, liquid workstations, membrane sealing machines, and qPCR equipment. The system is capable of automating the entire process, including nucleic acid extraction, PCR system construction, membrane sealing, and qPCR detection, in addition to capping and subpackaging. Simultaneously, the system is equipped with a transfer window and a built-in HEPA filter system and UV disinfection system. In order to guarantee biological safety and comply with pertinent laws and regulations, it enforces rigorous pre-PCR and post-PCR partitions.input:

Characteristics

1. Exceptional Throughput

The daily testing throughput can reach 11,000 pcs, and the measurement of the length, width, and height is approximately 7.4*2.4*2m.
The reagents are compatible with a diverse array of common domestic and imported reagent kits and are open.

2. Strict Partitions

Featuring a unique anti-cross-contamination design, UV disinfection equipment, and a HEPA filter to ensure the safety of both labor and samples;
Dual mechanical arms are implemented in the front and rear regions of the PCR. To prevent aerosol pollution, the two arms are each equipped with negative pressure HEPA filters and a transfer window.The system is equipped with a waste liquid and waste collection module to achieve solid-liquid separation and prevent system pollution.
