Endoscope Disinfection System

The Otopront endoscopy center (2 or 4 LED light sources) already offers recontamination protection for endoscope reprocessing through the use of our patented diving quiver and automatic disinfection time monitoring.

It is imperative to prevent the edge of the quiver from coming into contact with the immersed and subsequently pulled-out optic in order to prevent the optic from being recontaminated when employing a conventional quiver system.

The correct immersion of optical devices is facilitated by the double quiver disinfection system. The optical device is prevented from coming into contact with the outer quiver (rinsing quiver) as it is precisely vertically guided by the inner quiver (diving quiver). By fully immersing itself in the disinfecting solution, the inner quiver is also disinfected.
