output:APPLY THE METHOD ① Abrupt delivery Transvaginal placement: Pre-estimated uterine cavity volume by B-ultrasound, catheterization prior to placement. The surgeon inserts the catheter into the uterine cavity under the guidance of ultrasound to ensure that the balloon is fixed above the internal cervical orifice. Subsequently, 250-300 ml of sterile saline is injected, with a maximum of 500 ml. Air or CO2 are not permitted. An external pressure pump can be connected to monitor the pressure and prevent excessive pressure, while an external volume bag can be connected to evaluate the amount of bleeding. A reduction or cessation of bleeding from the drainage holes of the catheter is indicative of the efficacy of the treatment. To secure the balloon, either place a gauze roll containing antibiotics in the vagina or suspend a weight of approximately 500g from the balloon’s end.
