Dental Laboratory Polymerizer
Description
A device that enables the photopolymerization of all active photo materials currently available on the market. It is furnished with eight fluorescent lamps and one 150W halogen lamp, which are arranged around a rotating plate. This plate emits white light and UVA rays (photopolymerization range 320/550 nm). Additionally, it is equipped with a cooling fan, which enables the user to operate the device for extended periods without experiencing material overheating. The internal temperature of the polymer does not exceed 50°C during photopolymerization. The halogen lamp can be included or excluded from the cycle, the photopolymerization time can be adjusted, and the final cooling cycle can be initiated or aborted using an electronic microprocessor control. Standard equipment includes a 150 W halogen lamp, five support pins, one perforated Plexiglas plate, and four 4* 9 W PLS910 lamps and four 4* 9 W PLS952 lamps.input:
