PL 160 is a cleaner.PL160 pulitriceThe cleaner is employed in all of the finishing and polishing processes of metal pieces that are obtained through castings. Circular brushes, which may be metallic or fibers, are installed on the protruding spindles. The pieces are cleaned and polished by these brushes, which rotate at a high speed.
The Sirio PL160 cleaner is capable of rotating at two distinct speeds: 1400 rpm and 2800 rpm.
This allows the machine to determine the appropriate speed for the process being used. Two plastic "splash guards" are included as accessories for this machine. These guards are positioned behind the brushes to collect dust and metallic chips.
