Dental Laboratory Polishing Lathe

The polishing motor is housed in a spacious area, which allows the technician to move freely. The unit is primarily constructed of stainless steel. The brushes are stored in a spacious drawer, and the lighting is provided by a fluorescent tube (18W). The suction motor (800W) and the filters are more easily accessible due to the opening of the top portion of the unit. A supplementary filter with a surface area of 3654cm2 safeguards the motor. The brushes do not require replacement, and the motor has an average lifespan of approximately 2500 hours.

The filter bags have a filtering area of 1500cm2. The suction unit is available in two distinct versions: type E07/C (with polishing motor) and type E07/S (without polishing motor). The polishing motor is equipped with two speeds: 1400 r.p.m. and 2800 r.p.m., and it generates 350W of power.

A supply of E07 is available:
A. on a bench for standing work (worktop height: 104.5 cm), B. on a base for seated work (worktop height: 79.5 or 89.5 cm).Noise level: 66 decibels.Suitable for centralized extraction may be necessary.

The valves at the splash guards, which are connected to two electrical release switches of the centralized suction unit, activate the switching process. The header RTB0394 and a pipe with a diameter of 7.5 cm must be employed.
