During the casting process, the fused metal is poured into the cylinder using a motor-driven centrifuge and an oxi-propane blow torch.
The machine is entirely compliant with the CEE safety directives, which enables the operation to be conducted in a manner that is entirely safe for the operator. The rotating movement is generated by a self-braking engine, which will halt the machine immediately upon the opening of the operating door. The machine is operational exclusively when it is completely closed.
The centrifuge MINNI is equipped with a digital timer that allows the end user to customize the centrifuge time, as well as a start-up speed adjuster that is contingent upon the type of casting metal. Slow and gentle starting is enabled by the machine arm’s two joints. This item is distinctive in that it is entirely constructed from stainless steel. The machine is already configured and balanced to operate with crucibles and cylinders of the “Degussa” type.
