JobTracking4.0 collects and analyzes the data stored by the lab equipment from a single workstation, providing a comprehensive real-time view of the entire process. It also supports equipment usage to drive operational excellence. This is done both globally and individually.

A software application is integrated into each MEI edger, which continuously stores the data generated by the edger as it completes jobs. This data includes inspection reports, cycle time alarms, and messages.

Currently, JobTracking4.0 by MEI enables the collection and analysis of this data, thereby providing a comprehensive overview of the production process and facilitating the optimization of laboratory efficiency.
