Description
A CT scan can be employed to generate a segmentation of the heart or the vessels. The structure of interest can be quickly and easily segmented using one of five distinct algorithms: Subclavian, Aortic Root, Left Atrium, and Threshold. The segmentation is converted to a mesh and saved as a.STL file. The blood volume or a wall/shell surrounding the blood volume can be represented by the mesh. input:
