Clean Room Shower

The JETI AirShower is a relatively recent development of ours. The step-in cubicle is entirely stainless steel and is equipped with a high-speed HEPA filter that sanitizes the clothing of employees as they transition from one area of the plant to another.input:
output:The JETI AirShower is available in two versions: the Z-250 and the Z-260. Both are constructed from stainless steel and glass, and they are 1100 mm (43.3 inches) in square and 3100 mm (122 inches) in height. The Z-250 model is intended for laboratories and other sensitive environments, while the industrial Z-260 is suitable for general use (e.g., employees who enter the plant in the morning, depart for lunch, dinner, and other events, and then return).input:
output:The “grey side” is one of the two entrances to the JETI AirShower, while the “clean side” is the other. Doors close and lock when transitioning from “grey.” Four columns of jets initiate the circulation of air at a high velocity to dislodge debris and dust particles, which are subsequently filtered through a HEPA system. The employee enters the “clean” area as the doors open. The process is reversed, transitioning from clean to grey.input:
output:The interior surfaces are constructed from smooth stainless steel, which is free of any seams that could potentially cause air turbulence or crevices that could harbor bacteria. The performance of the HEPA filters is monitored by sophisticated differential pressure gauges, which also indicate when it is time for replacement.
