Chlorine Tester

Configuration Compact, Modular
Applications For Multi-Parameter Monitor, For Water Analysis
Tested Parameter Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide
Operating Mode Automatic
Description

The free-acting chlorine or chlorine dioxide in the water is measured by this sensor cube, depending on the variant. The sensor cube is intended for use on the fluidic backplane of the Type 8905 Online Analysis System device. The sensor cube is equipped with a high-precision amperiometric sensor that is covered in a membrane and is based on Bürkert MEMS technology (micro electro-mechanical system). The sample water’s Cl2 or ClO2 content is indicated by the measurement. The chlorine sensor cube measures either the available chlorine HOCl or, in the event that an MS01 pH sensor cube is connected for pH compensation, the free chlorine. Via the system’s backplane, the electrical and fluidic connections are established. The digital büS interface facilitates communication between the sensor cube and the system, enabling a fully automatic login to the online analysis system. When the sensor is connected to the system, it automatically logs on to the büS and can be configured to meet the specific needs of the customer. A variant with an external KCl reference electrode is available as a complement to the standard sensor. This sensor is advised for processes that are generally unsteady and have fluctuating chlorine concentrations.input:

Shipping & Delivery
  1. Special Requirements: Medical equipment often has specific needs, such as temperature control or shock absorption. For example, certain medications must remain at a specific temperature throughout the supply chain. This may require insulated containers, refrigerated vehicles, and specialized warehousing.

  2. Custom Packaging: Custom packaging solutions are essential for medical equipment. A professional crating company can provide protective packaging tailored to the unique requirements of each product. This can include foam packaging die-cut to the exact shape needed for the product.

  3. Reusable Packaging: For regular shipments, reusable packaging can be a cost-effective and environmentally friendly option. These crates can be assembled and disassembled without tools and can be fully customized.

  4. International Shipping: When shipping internationally, it's important to be aware of customs regulations. Failure to comply can result in delays, returns, or fines. Professional shipping companies can help obtain the necessary permits and documentation.

  5. Insurance and Tracking: Given the high cost and critical nature of medical equipment, insurance is essential. Tracking can also provide peace of mind and help prevent loss.
