Cervical Disc Prosthesis

The Cervical Artificial Disc is a technology that is intended to spare motion and serve as an alternative to Fusion. SECURE-C® is engineered to accommodate up to ±15º motion in flexion-extension and up to ±10º motion in lateral bending as a result of its distinctive selectively constrained design. The design is intended to enable sagittal plane translation of ±1.25mm and unlimited axial rotation. At 84 months postoperatively, clinical study data indicates that SECURE-C® is statistically superior to ACDF in terms of patient satisfaction and overall success.
