The DTC & Manufacturing partner is commemorating the opening of their PTFE production line in Singapore in Q3 2022 and is now a member of an extremely exclusive group of companies worldwide. As a result of the most recent developments in extrusion technology, we are capable of manufacturing the most high-quality, thin, and versatile PTFE catheter liners.

It has been the preferred polymer for numerous applications since its discovery in the late 1930s. The primary reason for this was the distinctive characteristics of PTFE. PTFE is the optimal choice for applications that require wire and cable insulation in aircraft, as well as catheters for medical device delivery channels, due to its exceptionally broad working temperature range and the lowest coefficient of friction of any polymer available. PTFE has emerged as an optimal polymer for the chemical and analytical sciences due to its unparalleled chemical resistance. We produce PTFE in a variety of forms through extrusion.
