Carton Labeling Machine

The LSS-PV model was created to achieve cost-effective serialization of small batches of products in compliance with the specifications of country-specific FMD guidelines. The product is manually inserted. The precise and continuous alignment of the products is ensured by a transport system that utilizes product carriers. The print data is examined following the printing process with a thermal inkjet printing system (TIJ).

The products are either collected on the collection table at the system’s outlet or transferred to an outer carton using an optionally available transfer plate if the inspection results are positive. The product ejection station expedites the separation of defective products from the good products. The controller monitors this process twice.input:
