The Plasma Freezer is manufactured with environmentally friendly gases that are free of CFC and HCFC.
With a microcontroller-based PLC controller, the temperature range is from -10°C to -86°C. The digital display indicates the set value and process value of a variety of parameters, including temperature and alarms.
Cabinet Construction:1. The freezer cabinet is equipped with vacuum insulated panels and high-density CFC-free PUFF insulation.
2. The interior chamber is constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel 304 that is a minimum of 0.8 mm thick.3. The exterior cabinet is constructed from 1.0 mm thick CRCA Aircraft alloy Steel that is powder-coated with Anti Bacteria Blue Pure Polyester.4. Trays that are fabricated from stainless steel SS304 are available for internal storage.
5. The blood plasma deep freezers are equipped with a lock and handle to ensure the safety and security of the contents.Internally, the door is equipped with a magnetic gasket.1. The Meditech plasma freezer is equipped with a heavy-duty air-cooled refrigeration system.
2. Plasma freezers with a temperature of 86°F operate on a cascade refrigeration system.3. Non-CFC and HCFC refrigerants are employed.4. The system includes an automatic defrost and condensate evaporation feature.5. The PLC Controller regulates the auto defrost cycle to ensure a consistent temperature.

Temperature Controller:The Meditech Blood Plasma Freezer is available with a Touch Screen and an Advanced LED controller as an option. Both are microprocessor-based PLC systems that feature 12 distinct types of audiovisual alarms.
