It also supports the shielded well counter, which is intended for wipe tests, laboratory tests, and other low activity measurements with user-definable protocols, as well as the beta counter, which is designed to measure high energy pure beta emitters, such as P-32, Y-90, or Sr-89. Beta counters are capable of producing exceptional reproducibility and an extensive measurement range due to their custom holders and two source positions.
