The Paraffin Dispenser PRO ensures that a sufficient supply of liquid paraffin is available for use.
At times, every histology laboratory requires pre-melted paraffin rather than waiting for the tissue processor or embedding center to melt it. The Paraffin Dispenser PRO (PDP-120) rapidly melts paraffin by raising the temperature through internal sensors and then lowering it once melting is achieved.
The Paraffin Dispenser PRO can be operated for extended periods of time without causing the paraffin to overheat, evaporate, or be damaged. The technician can save time by adding paraffin wax at night, setting the dispenser to heat, and leaving for the evening. This ensures that the paraffin will be melted to the optimal temperature for quick and easy dispensing when lab work commences.
