The T/CVIS-NSR inspection machines from Viswill automatically inspect 360° of the product surfaces at a rate of up to 30,000 tablets/hour and 125,000 capsules/hour. The vacuum conveying system maintains the products in a consistent position, while the cameras inspect them. For the inspection of new products, the machine is operated through a user-friendly graphical interface that offers straightforward operation and training. The active sorting system with reject confirmation guarantees that any defective product is fail-safely rejected. The production status can be remotely controlled using an iPad.
