Automatic Inspection System

It may be beneficial to verify a multitude of defect criteria at a high rate of speed and around the clock. Alternatively, you may have extremely small batches and prefer a fully automatic inspection process that is highly adaptable. We provide the appropriate machine platform for any production environment, regardless of its complexity. We customize these platforms to meet your specific requirements.

In addition to vials, ampules, and cartridges with liquid contents, all three standard machines can inspect up to 600 containers per minute, as well as vials containing lyo product. We can incorporate any inspection technology from our Seidenader Solutions and add a machine module for leak testing, contingent upon the inspection requirements.

The machines have varying footprint dimensions, which provide space for inspection carousels of varying sizes and, as a result, a greater or lesser number of inspection stations.
