Automatic Immunoblot Analyzer

The RIDA qLine® autoBlot is a self-contained analyzer that enables the automated performance of up to 36 RIDA qLine® Allergy membranes in a single run. The following steps are executed in a discrete manner: the detection of the samples using a barcode reader, the pipetting of all reagents, the washing of the membranes, the scanning of the membranes, and the transfer of the image to the appropriate evaluation software of R-Biopharm AG.input:
output:General information:The autoBlot Processor is a device that facilitates three-dimensional robotic movement along the X, Y, and Z axes. It is equipped with a pressure sensor, a barcode reader, and a built-in CCD scanner. The instrument also includes a custom-designed tilting and orbital shaker mechanism that is responsible for the agitation of the membranes. The graphical user interface and bespoke software controller are operated by an integrated touch-screen that controls the entire unit. The integration of all of these attributes enables the complete automation of the processing of R-Biopharm RIDA qLine® allergy membranes, from the initial steps of sample handling to the final images of the membranes after processing has been completed.input:
output:The instrument is intended to be used in conjunction with third-party interpretation software on a standalone computer that is located on the same network as the instrument. The software can monitor the progress of a work-list and subsequently interpret the results after the scanning has been completed by generating work-lists and transmitting them to the instrument.
