Conversion to our Econofil automated filling system is a straightforward process if your production rates reach the point where automation is required.input:
output:The FILAMATIC® DAB-8 bench-top medium duty filling system is a semi-automatic, medium-duty liquid filler that is well-suited for the repetitive dispensing of liquids ranging from water-thin to semi-viscous, including molten products and products containing small particulates. The DAB Series is capable of accommodating fill volumes ranging from 3ml to 260ml, and it allows for the mixing and matching of pumps and nozzles to achieve the highest level of flexibility and versatility.input:
output:The theoretical maximum fill speed of the Model DAB-8 is 32 bottles per minute or 16 RPM. Suitable for fill volumes ranging from 3 ml to 260 ml. We suggest using a 60ml capacity pump with a fill volume range of 13ml-130ml when filling semi-viscous liquids, such as MCT oils, lotions, and essential oils. We suggest that the 260ml pump be used exclusively for aqueous liquids when purchasing the DAB-8. The DAB-8's maximum torque is the basis for these recommendations.
