The BlueROCKER 2.0 is the most recent iteration of the BlueROCKER Original. It is identical in appearance to the ToeOFF 2.0, but it provides more rigid orthotic control. The BlueROCKER 2½ has the same dynamic functions and stability as the BlueROCKER 2.0, with the exception of a 7mm lower heel height to accommodate contemporary shoes. BlueROCKER 2.0 was primarily designed for bilateral patients and those with more complex pathologies.

The additional stability will enhance both balance and posture, providing the wearer with a greater sense of security, particularly those with weak quadriceps (BlueROCKER 2.0).

The BlueROCKER 2.0 orthosis is typically the preferred choice for the management of partial foot amputations when used in conjunction with a socket and toe filler.

The toe lift is also slightly lower (BlueROCKER 2½).
