The Cross Up 8409 is a self-loading stretcher with a detachable stretcher that is multilevel. The telescopic handles of the detachable stretcher enable a secure grip and facilitate patient lifting, enabling it to be used as a field stretcher for the recovery of casualties in areas where traditional stretchers are unable to reach.
