Air Filtration System

Particulate contaminants from the exhaust air stream are effectively captured by HEMCO HEPA filter paks. HEPA filters are 99.999% effective.at the removal of particulate matter.Three microns or greater. output:Note: In order to monitor the airflow differential across the filter, HEMCO suggests the use of a minihelic or magnehelic gauge. The static pressure reading would serve as an indicator of when it is time to replace the filter. The gages may be installed on the hood or filter. We suggest that you purchase a backup replacement filter.input:

Bag-in, bag-out filters are intended to satisfy the air filtration requirements for the safe management of hazardous fumes and vapors. A specially designed plastic bag is attached to the ribbed bagging ring that surrounds the side access door of the housing. Then, filters are installed and replaced throughout the bag to mitigate the risk of personnel exposure. Please be advised that the carbon filter is not included with the housing. We also suggest that you order the sampling kit below to determine whether a breakthrough has occurred in the carbon filter and to order a backup replacement filter.
