Description
Fan Filter Units (FFUs) are employed in numerous applications to decrease the concentration of particles in cleanroom facilities or portions of them. The fan filter units will be delivered pre-installed and are appropriate for use in cleanrooms with turbulent air flows or laminar flows up to class 3 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1. They are compatible with all Lindner Reinraumtechnik cleanroom ceilings. When necessary, fan filter units draw air in through a top-mounted prefilter or chiller and exhaust it through a high-quality filter into the cleanroom. The self-supporting casing of this fan filter unit is composed of aluminum. Provided with either mineral fiber mats or plastic foam lining for sound absorption, contingent upon their intended use. The fans are electronically commutated (EC), which results in an exceptionally high level of energy efficiency.
