The production of all Benchmark agarose is conducted using a “green” process that eliminates the use of organic solvents. Low melting and gelling point
Suitable for the preparation of gels and the subsequent processing of gels.Produced without the use of organic solventsBenchmark’s Agarose LM is a low-melting-point agarose that is particularly well-suited for preparative gels. The melting and gelling points are significantly lower than the DNA/RNA denaturation temperatures, which enables the recovery of nucleotides from the gel. Additionally, it is advantageous for viral plaque assays and the cloning of tissue culture cells.
