Product summary

ConfiCaps™ are designed to be connected to an existing Mobita® base unit for wireless, wearable biopotential recording. The options available include a 32-channel EEG, a 10/20 EEG with 13 TP adapters, and 12 surface electrodes with 20 TP adapters. Trigger connectors are integrated into assemblies to facilitate synchronization with other devices. To record up to 32 channels of data for in-laboratory telemetry or remote data logging applications, snap the assembly to a Mobita base unit and complete subject connections.input:
output:adhesive snap electrode, such as EL503 or EL504, is required for subject ground* (GND) with water electrodes. This electrode is not included.input:
output:Mobita is capable of recording a wide range of signal types.

Quickly modify the electrode configuration or signal type by replacing the ConfiCap to adjust inputs for specific applications (e.g., 32-ch EEG, EMG, or combinations of ECG/EMG/EEG), create research protocol-driven configurations, or customize your own design. Disconnect one header and install a new configuration for a distinct application. AcqKnowledge is easily configured to generate distinctive montages and signal combinations, as each channel is unipolar (single-ended). The same device is used to record EEG and EMG data, as well as a 12-lead ECG.input:
output:The 32-channel EEG ConfiCap was created during the European BRAIN project and is utilized in conjunction with an H20 headcap and water electrodes, which eliminate the necessity for gel. This was achieved through a period of intense research. The rubber ring in the electrode cap must make good contact with the subject to seal off the soaked insert and prevent it from drying out, ensuring that water electrodes remain moist for up to eight hours of operation.
